This is all getting a bit sad really. Britney is continuing her performances, but if anything they´re getting worse, which judging by the pictures of the first performance, would have to mean that they´re now about the same quality as the first grade Christmas recital.
Call me crazy, but I don´t think that prancing around in hideous clothing and lip syncing to old songs is really “performing” in the ´I paid over a hundred dollars for this ticket sense.´ To add insult to injury she was apparently spotted chewing gum during the songs.
Maybe Britney just really has lost her mind. Chewing gum during your act is fine if you´re a ventriloquist, but otherwise it really has no place. Sane people know this but Britney probably thinks that she´s playing for the Queen of the Universe or something and that the cowboy boots she´s always wearing have magical powers.
This whole thing gets even sadder when you realize that Britney actually put off some of these performances because she felt she wasn´t ready for them. I suppose she hadn´t got her chewing in sync with the music as yet. Good to see she got that sorted.
