Paris is in yet more legal trouble, but her therapist is saving her ass by saying that she is “not capable of any meaningful participation´ in a trial. He´s putting this down to her impending jail sentence, however I would propose that the assertion that Paris is not capable of meaningful participation in damned near anything would be a true statement virtually constantly.
Dr Charles Sophy, the lucky guy who gets to call himself Paris Hilton´s therapist, said that Paris is ´emotionally distraught and traumatized´ due to her jail sentence and that she ´Cannot effectively respond to examination as a witness or provide any significant input into her defense.´ not only that, but having to go to trial anytime soon would ´exacerbate her current mental condition.´
Who said Paris doesn´t get special treatment? I am surprised that OJ and Micheal Jackson didn´t try the emotional distress argument to get off jail. In fact I´m surprised everyone doesn´t give it a go. Let´s face it, court is emotionally traumatizing for anyone. Maybe we should just do away with the system altogether and let anyone remotely pretty or rich just run wild.
