Lindsay is really screwed

Lindsay is playing the very good girl by staying in rehab, exploring her issues, and extending her stay in lala land, but the police reports from her “alleged” DUI are in, and she was a very, very bad girl. According to official documents, she was almost twice over he legal limit for alcohol, and she also had traces of cocaine in her blood.
If anyone can pull off not going to jail after this mess, I bet its Lindsay. Paris has made herself so hated globally with her fakey fake approach to jail, which clearly did nothing to change her lying, spoiled, ugly ways, that Lindsay looks positively sweet in comparison. Lindsay is also a far better actress, and I am betting a lot more personable that Paris.
If I were the judge I would totally let Lindsay go on the condition that she really does cut her druggie ways, and punches Paris in the face every time she sees her.
