Lindsay Lohan sued for terror

Lindsay Lohan is being sued by another woman, this time one who was in the car that Lindsay was chasing on the night that she was busted for her most recent DUI. Tracie Rice, the unfortunate victim is quoted as saying “(Lindsay) put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life.”
Apparently, according to the papers filed, and unearthed by TMZ, the following claims were made about the night in question:
Tracie was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed. This caused her to break through a barricade near Santa Monica Police Station, and run towards police, with Lindsay in hot pursuit. Apparently police responded by drawing their guns on all the crazy hysterical females.
Lindsay Lohan has a very hard time of ahead of her after she comes out of rehab, thats for sure. She hs several lawsuits and criminal charges pending, and it looks a lot at this stage like she might end up broke and in jail. Ironically this will probably do wonders for her career, because shell be a convict, and well all respect her, cause shes hardcore. For life. For real.
