Remember that day when Amy Winehouse ODīd and almost died? Well apparently she had been partying with Pete Doherty, drinking, eating, and doing the drugs that happened to be the last straw for Amyīs frail body. Sources say the story goes thus: They had a meal and a few drinks. They took a cocktail of drugs called a speedball; itīs a mixture of heroin and cocaine. Amy couldnīt take it, she is very lucky to be alive.
She collapsed when they went back to her flat. Pete left because he didnīt want any bad publicity. He didnīt know how to deal with it and thought she was dying. She was foaming at the mouth and fitting - Pete had never seen anything like it.ī
So not only is Pete a dirty damn junkie, heīs not even cool enough to know what to do when someone with him is ODīing. How lame is that, to run away and leave a lady you think is dying on the floor, and all because you donīt want bad publicity. What a tool. A) Itīs way too fucking late on the bad publicity front, and B) Itīs worse publicity to have it come out that youīre a total pussy as well as a user.
