It was a week of disasters in Hollywood this week. The top story without a doubt was Britney´s horrific performance at the VMA´s where she failed at dancing, lip syncing, or even knowing that she was on stage in front of the whole world. Her peers looked on with a mix of amusement and horror as she wobbled her way through overly simplistic dance moves, and occasionally stopped lip syncing altogether whilst her back up dancers bravely danced on. The critics have been raving and bashing the girl all week in a celebrity story frenzy that has to be the biggest sice Paris went to jail.
After her VMA humiliation, Britney kept the public embarrassment theme going by showing off her pussy, once more. Perhaps she thought it might distract people from the horror that was her performance, but it was undoubtedly a failed attempt. She´s like the proverbial girl that cried pussy, or something.
Britney demonstrated her ongoing inability to select clothing that doesn´t show off her ass to the entire world, and the faithful paparazzi captured the moment for all of us to share in She was wearing panties on this occasion however, so in Britney Spears terms, she was looking positively Victorian.
Paris´s desires to have children became even more disturbing with revelations that she´s not looking to conceive naturally, but to adopt four blonde haired, blue eyed little girls. According to Paris: “I want a brood of little mini versions of me. I´ll raise them to be the most famous women in the world!” Does anyone else have disturbing flashbacks when they hear crazed megalomaniacs talking about little girls with blonde hair and blue eyes?
Mary Kate Olsen tried desperately to stay in the limelight by revealing a penchant for running around in front of her friends buck naked. Mary Kate says: ´I run around my house naked with heels all the time. It´s so funny. All my friends will tell you I love running around in kimonos and jewelry or naked with jewelry.´ Yes, I bet it is “funny” haha, so “funny”...
Mischa Barton kick started a few lucky children´s libidos this week when she attended a ´Save The Children´ Charity function in a dress that showed her nipple to the world. Sources said: ´Mischa was wearing a sparkly yellow dress and one of her nipples was blatantly showing!´ Good on you Mischa, I´m sure you made a difference in the lives of many children that night.
Kate Moss also showed off her nipples, but then again, she was swimming topless at the beach, which is an altogether more appropriate outlet for that sort of wanton nudity.
