The fabulous folks at V magazine sat down with Amy Winehouse and asked her a bunch of questions that nobody really cared about. What´s the point of doing an interview with a well known junkie who has recently almost died from an overdose, and not asking her anything about that whatsoever? This piece is therefore, only of interest to people who like reading about the delusions of junkies.
Possibly the highlight of the interview was the part where Amy commented on what her in laws had said about her and her husband having a toxic relationship which might just end up killing them both: “ I love Blake so much—Im a very lucky girl. I think my mum and dad and Blakes mum and dad were just really worried about us. At first Blakes parents couldnt quite suss out whether my parents wanted the best for both of us or just me, and Im sure my mum and dad were wondering the same. But Georgette, my mother in law, I love her so much. Im just like her kid, you know.”
She´s like her mother in law´s kid? Wow, lucky mother in law. I wonder how it feels to suddenly have a 20 something year old crack baby?
