Akon Faces Criminal Charges

You might vaguely remember an incident a few months ago where Akon picked up a 15 year old fan who had thrown something at him and tossed him off the stage and into the crowd. Well, the incredibly slow moving wheels of justice have finally creaked around, and he has been summoned to appear in court to face charges of endangering the welfare of a minor, and second degree harassment.
See, it turns out that when you throw a guy into a crowd of people, you´re not so much hurting the guy as much as you´re hurting the person he falls on. Abby Rosa, the unfortunate woman who happened to be under the lad that Akon tossed, told the Associated Press that she suffered a concussion as a result of her pop idol having thrown a human being on top of her.
It´s probably too much to hope that Akon gets jail time for being this much of a dumbass. Hopefully he gets community service doing something humiliating, it would serve his ass right.
