But she is suing OK! Magazine for printing that Tony Romo dumped her because the Cowboys lost to the Giants. Her lawyers got in touch with the magazine and demanded that they withdraw their article scheduled for Febuary 4th, which made the infernal claim. Apparently lawyers can now sue into the future, which is pretty awesome. Litigation time travel. How come there wasnīt a bigger fuss when lawyers overcame the boundaries of space and time?
The lawyers say that the article is part of a smear campaign, and as a result Jessica Simpson has suffered īpublic contempt, ridicule, aversion or disgrace.ī Those are some big words there, but the way itīs phrased it seems you kind of get to choose which of those she has been subjected to, so it works for vocabulary challenged as well, which I think is nice.
Iīm a little disappointed that Romo didnīt break up with Jessica, I guess Iīll have to save all those no penis jokes and boobie references for another time. Fortunately there are still hot Jessica pics to oogle, so we didnīt all lose here.
