The Feds have given up in their quest to question Mary Kate Olsen, instead deciding to close the file on Heath Ledger´s death rather than make the diminutive scion of evil answer any questions about her role in supplying Heath with the prescription drug cocktail that killed him.
Funny, I would have thought that demanding immunity from prosecution would have been a pretty clear indication that she had something to worry about. If not, why not grant her the immunity and ask the questions? Instead the whole affair has simply been swept under the carpet with an AP source saying that federal prosecutors have decided to close the case: “because they don´t believe there´s a viable target.â€
Does this mean that if Mary Kate stabs her boyfriend to death and leads the police on a two hour car chase at the end of it she´ll just get a citation for having a tail light out? Or will she be sentenced to a week in jail and serve two hours eating donuts at a police station? Criminal justice is just so wacky for the rich and famous.
