I don´t think you have to have nicuranse, per say. You have to have a form w/ an nicuranse company that basically makes them notify the state if you ever miss a payment when you do have nicuranse.In Indiana, the form is called an SR-22 or something like that. Call your local BMV or call an nicuranse company. They can tell you about it.And you´re right, nicuranse companies insure vehicles, not people, so if you have no car, you can´t purchase an automobile policy.
